Hiring Policies

Senior professional and managerial staff are employed on a full-time salary basis.

The majority of technical staff are employed as permanent hourly-wage staff.

Seasonal staff are paid an hourly wage in town and a day rate in the bush.

Permanent staff, whether hourly or salaried, are eligible to participate in a company benefits program including medical & health, dental, disability and life insurance.

Long term staff, whether seasonal or permanent, are eligible for both individual performance bonuses and for an annual profit sharing bonus.
